He is our "go to guy" for painting, handyman-type repairs, and remodeling projects. Don't judge him by that little youtube video or the lack of a web site. Note: We recently had my 88-yr old mother move in with us, and needed to install a stairlift. After doing our research, we chose this company. Chris and his wife Julie are the owners, and Chris does the installations himself. We felt the price we paid for (2) straight lifts was fair, and they operate very easily. My mom is becoming very comfortable with our stair lift as she never used one before. All our bedrooms are upstairs, so it was necessary to install one. We feel this is also a wonderful feature for any home with stairs, where the owner has friends, family or guests that cannot navigate stairs safely. It also makes 2-story townhouses a viable choice for older people who need convenient, low-maintenance housing, but who would be limited to a condo due to stairs. Thei company also offers other types of lifts as well as walk-in tubs. We highly recommend Chris Kloc and Central Florida Stairlift.
